Program AV10083 and AV10094 are 100% compatible with each other.

(actual settings)...
They both have the same torque settings (1880 torque) and power curve until 1600 RPM. After that ...

* The AV10094 has 541Hp @ 1600, then falls off slightly as RPM goes up further.

* The AV10083 has 575Hp @ 1600, and crests at 590HP @ 1800. It then falls off slightly as RPM goes up further.

Thanks Rawze. ECM had failed and left me stranded on the side of the road. Required a quick replacment...
I have CPL 3439 CL10073

Looking for any compatible higher power ratings. All the higher ones I see look to change CPL so I am doubtful there's anything compatible.

In your particular case...

FIRST of all ... you had a bad delete program in your ECM...

Assuming for a moment that it was properly straightened out ... you are not going to be able to just dump a factory file into the engine ... as it will wipe out any custom programming it may have at this point.

NEXT: If it does have a custom program in the ECM... it is a very simple matter of the person who made the program just setting/editing the HP/Torque in the program properly to whatever is desired, within safe boundaries.

======================

For those who do NOT have a de-mandated engine, and all the emissions systems are still functional...

Of the programs listed in Insite, it deceptively shows that a higher HP program CL10071 (385HP, 1450 ft.lbs) is compatible with program CL10073 (370HP, 1450-ft.lbs). ... HOWEVER IN REALITY ....

BOTH OF THESE PROGRAMS ACTUALLY HAVE THE EXACT SAME POWER AND TORQUE settings .. and therefore, there is no gains whatsoever by switching between one or the other.

The ACTUAL power/torque setting for both programs ...

Peaks at 385HP and 1600 RPM, and has 1450 ftl.lbs torque.

I replied in the post above yours.
This trucks emissions are still functional. That was a different truck. Looks like there are no options for this one, I will leave it alone.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I checked the calibration on the truck I am working on the high exhaust back pressure on and it is different than what is stamped on the ECM. This is a CM2350 with active emissions.

Stamped on the truck is CPL 3711 and on the ECM is EF10025 ESN 75018335

On insite the calibration is EF10013.38

Are these compatible or could this be the issue I am chasing?

You need to find out the actual engine ser#. what is the ESN# listed on the valve cover? .. and does it match the one listed on the ecm?.

==========
Programs EF10013 and EF10025 are fuly compatible with each other for the most part ... HOWEVER, there are some differences. Here they are ...

--- The higher HP program EF10013 has smart torque enabled. Many people do not like this feature of the engine, as it drops torque after 30 seconds of hard engine acceleration or when climbing a hill. The EF10025 program does not have this feature turned on.

* Advertised power/torque...
-- EF10013 = advertised at 425HP@1800rpm/1650ft.lbs.
-- EF10025 = advertised at 370HP@2100rpm/1450ft.lbs.

ACTUAL power/torque...
-- EF10013 = 430HP@1700rpm/1650ft.lbs for 30 seconds of acceleration, then falls back to only 1450 ft.lbs due to its smart torque feature.

-- EF10025 = 385HP@1600rpm/1450ft.lbs, no smart torque feature.

* Other differences ...
-- CAC flow monitoring and error correction is more strict in the EF10025 program. I can only assume that it is a compensation for a different type of vehicle... Sometimes this is a problem .. but In this case, they are close ... so it normally should not be an issue if one or the other program is used.

They are otherwise fully compatible with each other, including all emissions hardware expectations. When climbing a hill ... The EF10013 program, after about 30 seconds, is going to fell just like it has the same exact power/torque, for the most part, as the EF10025 program unless it is driven at 1600 RPM and above.
I already know from my previous post that my CM2250's dont have an option for a higher calibration but I just checked one and found someone has already jumped CPLs. Can you tell me how bad it really is?

Valve cover shows ESN: 75013808 CPL: 3439 CAL and stamped on ECM : CL10073

What insite shows on the ECM is CL10062.45 CPL: 3438

Those 2 factory programs are 100% compatible with each other.

The only real differences are...

* The CL10073 does not have smart torque enabled and the CL10062 does.

* Actual power/torque for the CL10073 program is 385HP@1600 RPM and 1450Trq from 1080 - 1300 rpm.

* Actual power/torque for the CL10062 program is 430HP@1700 RPM and 1650Trq from 1100 - 1300 rpm. It drops down to the same 1450Trq from 1080 - 1300 rpm after 30 seconds when the smart torque kicks in.
