Essentially these ISX blocks haven't changed in years, I would say you are fine.

then port#5 is the place to connect the bypass filter. - it is pre-primary oil filter and should not drop the overall oil pressure of the truck.

Why wouldn’t you want to use a port that’s after the primary oil filter?

I’m slowly gathering the pieces to build a bypass filter, I’m just reading up on what others have done

you mounted it a bit differently from what i have seen most people make their own J bolts. A close up of what you did there would be nice. how hard was it to get mounted? it looks nice and clean good job by the way!
