I could see it happening. Pruitt is a pretty straight shooter and is not one of the kool aid drinkers.
Wouldn't it be great if they were to rollback all the egr/dpf requirement's.
Maybe it's coming.

I didn't know they had their authority through a waiver.
With all the smog they had around LA and such ,a modified waver is all I would think would happion
