Best way to diagnose this is pressure test the cooling system and remove the banjo bolt at the back of the head where the return fuel line is. If coolant comes out you've got leaking injector sleeves.
I have a same issue. My head has been all ready taken off and worked on. Replaced the head gasket and injector cups. After road test
the leaking still exist. My truck is back to the shop. They are getting the tool tomorrow to open it again. Any advice
They didn't charge me 38 hours to in frame my motor! OUTRAGEOUS!

Go back to the first page of this thread and start reading. Sounds like they got you. Been there and done that before finding Rawze... And I still have the greasy mechanic's handprints on my ass to prove it.

Which motor do you have, year and truck...

Just to note, it is not recommended to rework these ISX heads. They are one use only, and send to the scrap yard. Sad, but true.

I have 2014 kenworth cumming ISX
2250 or 2350?
Glade I found this post ! I also have 2014 cm2350 getting coolant in fuel, I drain about 4oz every 1000-1200 miles out of my fuel seperator. Is there any way to tell witch injector cup is bad or leaking ?
