Came across this tonight and thought some folks may get some info on more of the things that impact fuel consumption than the drivers right foot. This is Cummins white paper.

Some basic info and better than nothing at all, but I don't agree with all of their mostly blanket statements. A lot of it seems to be based on very inefficient vehicle data and/or is exaggerated a bit. They also leave out a lot of factors that directly effect things like load weights vs rolling resistance, optimal rpm and gearing vs actual working load weights, and a lot of other things that seem to be missing.
