I know rawze recommends 250k over head interval but is there anything wrong doing it at 200k? Or is it too soon? Thanks

I don’t think there would be any harm in doing it every weekend if you wanted to!! You would definitely keep everything in the valve train running exactly where it is supposed to.
I shoot for 200k on mine, but so far I haven’t waited that long once yet..

I do mine every year.
Not because it needs it, I just like to inspect the top end due to the known weakness.
Adjusting the valves adds to a nice thorough inspection, but doesn't add much time.

I do mine once a year, seems like a spring time job.
