So I have a ISX15 (2250). early 2012. I am getting SPN 656 Injector Cylinder #6 (FMI7 Mechanical system not responding properly.) I have 483,000 and know Im due for an overhead. So my question is do I need a need an injector or will an overhead fix the issue possibly?

I'm leaning towards an injector. The ECM could care less what your valve adjustment is. All ot knows is it told the injector to do something and it didn't listen lol.
