I have a 2008 Prostar that has some annoying and fairly loud rattles in the driver area.

The first is a rattle in the steering column, I can’t figure out if its coming from the universal joint right under the steering wheel, or further down.

The other rattle has got to be coming from the clutch pedal linkage as it changes frequency with r-ms.

I’m not having any steering or clutch performance issues, just being slowly driven crazy by these noises. Anyone else have these problems, come up with solutions?

First few things that come to mind are Rattle in the steerin caused by rough roads and a worn slip joint or u joint. Clutch vibration can be from a shot pilot bearing or throwout bearing. U can observe the throwout thru the access port on the bottom of the bell housing while its idling could be wobbly.
