So i've been calling around to see if anybody knows a good shop to do a over haul on a volvo with a D13. Or just in general a shop thats good with D13's and reasonably priced

Take it to {shop name removed. no longer recommended} I was there last week they were doing a rebuild on Mack MP motor which is same thing as Volvo D13.
