How difficult is it to change the primer pump can it be done in the truck 2009 international prostar I did an oil change and she wouldn't start wire to pump hot and pump hot....

Fairly easy, need about a t30 torx bit for the bolts unless they've been updated to a regular hex head. Would also be a good time to replace the check valve in the ifsm housing once the pump is off. Maintenance thing.

As said above, easy peasy! On my 2350 it's two straps securing it, remove inlet/outlet and disconnect the harness.
