I can't speak about yours but the company i purchased mine from uses the last 6 of the VIN as the password.

i try last 4 of the vin,last 6 of the vin,000000 ,555555 all what i find is not working,only dealer or there is reset programms?

Insite 7.6 passwrod removal tool can disable it. Is one of the menu options under "Tools" -> "ECM Password Removal". Maybe is greyed out then you need to activate it in options ->security -> ecm password removal. Use add button and put in proper security code to activate it.
