Since i start working in states along I-10 i have water in fuel almost all the time. It is really water in fuel. I do drain water separator every day sometime twice a day. Filter change every week. I know water in fuel same as a sand for fuel system life.
Have an idea to put in fuel tanks bags with silica gel to absorb water. http://www.coinsupplyexpress.com/SG-200-...oCehjw_wcB
Probably attach the silica gel breathers on fuel tank breather hose.
Something like this one http://www.ruralking.com/disp-breather-s...oCZufw_wcB
Any advice and opinion are much appreciated.

Change your truck fueling locations, that is horrible! I know drivers that have NEVER drained water from the Fuel Filter Housing and it is only done every 12k miles PM. 2x a day is unacceptable.
I would be finding other places to fuel, as that is over the top! Look for pumps with water separators on the hoses. I have always had issues down South at the high volume truck stops, like Flying J and Pilot in regards to water in the fuel. TA not so much, but if it is a busy one, I try to avoid for fueling. When I do go down South, I try to find the mom and pops, the fuel is normally better quality and the prices are cheaper. These are the fuel stops that the locals use in most cases, at least from my experiences.

I use the Fuelbook ap on my iPhone to find these hidden little gems. the ap will give you live pricing too, which is why I really like it and it is my go to ap if I am in need of fuel in areas I do not travel in. It is great for finding parking too.

You can find the ap here, and would recommend it to everyone wanting to save money on fuel. It is available for Android.

I use to have the same problem, until i started changing fuel lines, and also the block valves.

Are you about fuel line from tank to fuel pump? How it related with water in fuel tanks?
I believe the water, when raining was being sucked into the fuel line's, and or the block valve on the suction side of the fuel system. I know when i replace the above mentioned, my water in fuel vanished.
