Anyone know how to get flash codes out of a 2019 pete 567 cummins X15? it's an emmission related problem.

mine is a little older but if you turn key on (not start) let computer cycle, then depress throttle to floor 3 times it will flash the code at you.

I tried that, it just turns on the wrench light and the red stop light, then it says "do not start engine damage will occur"

have you looked for a diagnostic switch in cab?
