Yes I double checked fuel solenoid and it was good. Put 6 reman injectors in it and ran like a top. I presume the high speed runaway did internal damage to nozzles. Thanks everyone fir the tips and suggestions!!

Sounds like it may have been pushing a lot of air back through the fuel rail, keeping it from running.
An injector leak-down test would have likely revealed that one. I will keep that in mind next time someone calls me up and says they tried everything else.
