There are 2 readings in the computer one is the absolute reading which has atmospheric pressure added on. The other is Gage reading which has atmospheric taken off.

Your looking at absolute. So yes take that 109 off the reading when calculating pressure.
I found the one you are referring to and I am still showing 6 kPa with the truck shut off
Your exh sensor is about 1 psi off then the gauge reading is the kpa of that sensor minus the the reading of your barometric pressure sensor which isn't horrible to see a 1 psi after conversion from kpa to psi. 6kpa is .87 psi.
Final bill - 10,612

Not horrible new head gaskets thermostat new metering actuator oil change new coolant everything on the ifsm replaced except for the gear pump and 3 actuators and shut off valve and then some other odds and ends
I pray your liners are solid... Good luck with her Lonestar!
Any updates on how its running after the repairs
She's doing great plenty of power ran 62mph from Indianapolis to Albert Lea mn still only averaged around 5.2 with cruise but it's still better than it was but not perfect I'm sure there's some adjusting needed somewhere
