09 t660 cm871. Recently deleted and retuned by the man himself. Pulled a load up to West Virginia and noticed this odd sound coming through the intake. Truck was rolling coal past 1/4 throttle input. This is what I've checked and replaced so far

Full injector leak down test. #1 injector failed.. Replaced with RX injector from Cummins.

Checked static cam timing with wedges.. ok
Checked hot and cold side of turbo for leaks.. Ok and dry.
Complete overhead adjustment.
Air filter is good
Has plenty of power but rolls black smoke past a certain throttle input.

Any ideas or input is greatly appreciated.
Check the CAC?
Swapped metering actuators to see if that was the issue.. no dice.. sounds like it is breaking up under throttle input. dhirocz is going to get his inline6 cables and do a cylinder cut out test. Rear bank has a intermittent bubble when doing the leak down test that I couldn't reproduce when barring the engine over. Maybe another bad injector
Decided to do another leak down test ......
