I have a neighbor with a 2009 T800 with a C13. It has an Idle Shutdown timer that shuts the truck off after 5 minutes of idling unless he taps the brake or clutch. He claims he's had three dealerships try to disable it but the best they can do is change it to 5 minutes and supposedly it won't accept "0" because it its emissions setup. Any suggestions? I have CAT ET on my laptop and was going to poke around.

Can't really remember but i think its the way the emissions is certified. Different certifications may allow for it to be zero.
