Good day everybody,
I am having an electrical issue with my international 9400i. It has a rebuilt cummins isx cm871 engine. There is a relay in the fuse box that remains on and is quite warm and I believe it's the culprit as to why my batteries are draining. It's the Ignition Relay Cummins Icon. Any reason as to why this is happening or what the problem could potentially be?

Once upon am time in the wonderful world of trucking.(LOL}. I had the very same problem your describing. It turned out to be a starter that was grounding out internally. I believe their is a test to determine if the starter is pulling excessive voltage.
