Who should I talk to about a proper de-mandated program for cm870? I have insite and can put the programs in but I really don't know much about it.

Have one of those guys do it for you. The 870 ecm is very unstable and if you don't know what your doing you can brick it while trying to flash in a file. 871 and newer engine's don't have this problem. Also there isn't an overlay available for the 870, some parameters must be live edited.

I would consider having Mr Hagg program a new ecm for you, since they are unstable.

mommaburt, unilevers, or take it to mr. hag for some solid, reliable solutions.

Mommaburt is the man to hit up for this. We just got done tweaking mine and I'm now seeing mid to high 7's mpg consistently.

Those guys work on your ecm remotely, you don't even take it off the truck. All you need is an internet connection, laptop with insite and an inline adapter and the magic happens !!
