i just bought a KW 2016 with a cummins, 367xxx miles on it,I want to change the fuel pump and oil pump, before take this truck over thw road, that make sence ?

Absolutely rebuild the fuel pump!!!!! They are literally a ticking time bomb and should be rebuilt around 400K before they ruin your entire engine and make it unrebuildable. The oil pump on the other hand should be fine for quite a while longer. Are you seeing low oil pressure and that's why you want to change it ?

Your oil pump is fine, leave it alone. BUT! Rebuild or Replace the fuel pump! Whichever fits your budget. And an EGR tuneup, replace the sensors and more than likely both of the fuel doser units, the SCR and the DPF. And clean and bake the cans, NOx sensors are probably ready to be replaced too.
