I need some help and I know someone on here has the answer. I bought a 2014 Prostar with an ISX 15. I'm having trouble registering with Quickserve Online. Need to do an overhead and change all the fluids pronto. Made a ticket and they are in no rush to help. Is there a phone number to call or a trick to get into it/
I went to the Quickserve site, picked the free quick serve version and got right in. Maybe your internet connection is not playing right with Cummins?
I've tried twice and both times it says username is not recognized.

Username not recognized? That's an odd message to get when trying to register. Are you sure you're on the right page? You're not trying to log in without registering first?
