when its does connect how muc pressure does it have? a good system will keep pressure for a good 10 minutes... if in 1 minute it takes it to connect its down to less than 2000 psi then you still have a issue...
I'll let you know, I think it had dropped to almost 100 just that quick
Yes, it is leaking down faster than it will reconnect. I ran cylinder cut out test, it ran on every cylinder individually but seemed a little rougher on #4, I guess its time to learn cap nut test deal
Do you know what size cap nuts are? I picked up some that are 1/2 inch brass but not sure they will work

brass caps will not work... the system has potential pressures as high as 40,000 PSI in it. You need the proper caps from cummins to keep from harming your engine or yourself.
K the hunt for the caps begin
Do yall have a part # for the cap off nuts? All I can find is for 6.7 cummins
