Yeah, everyone I have told about the dipstick rubbing was kinda puzzled. But it is a fact that it is too long and rubs.

Apparently it's not something that is a part of my engine. How it got there is anyone's guess. I just got in and I need to mail it to GA so they can take a really good look at it. I was going to send it while I was out but after I had left I realized that it is in the cup holder of my car. It only has one wear mark on one end like a small spring was against it. Like it's a check valve for something.
