My brothers C15 was filled to double its oil capacity and started for about 15-20 seconds when it as shutoff when the engine didn’t sound right.long story short one person was supposed to be draining the oils and changing filters while the other filling with new oil on a few trucks.Truck doesn’t want to start back up and it was drained till it was at max level. What could have happened to the engine? TIA.
The oil foaming up?... could have possibly spun a bearing.

when u say "does not want to start up" .. more detail would be helpful. Will it turn over? -- does it turn over very slowly? ... Does it crank normally but just will refuse to fire off? .. is it harder then normal to turn the engine over by hand? ... etc.
It’s cranking normal just refuses to fire off.

maybe a fuel issue then. fuel filter sucking air?
It’s cranking normal just refuses to fire off.
Ever get this figured out?
Hate it when people don’t update the fix.
What I would like to know is what kind of moron does not check the dip-stick level before cranking the engine after an oil change??
It ended being the fuel filter sucking air like you said.My brother told the guy helping us out to put 11 gallons because that is what it always takes so he assumed everything was good.
