Has anyone had trouble with this in the secondary air tank. It feeds my air purge and I believe my fan hub supply. Below freezing my fan stays engaged and I get code 3490 for the purge air actuator every time the truck does a passive regen. Has anyone tried cleaning this valve out as I believe it may be sludged up. Thanks Steve
