Have a question it it normal to upgrade insite when you get it mine is 8.1 and it’s asking to be upgraded

Prob not unless you need to. You may not need 8.1 either depending on the year of your truck, then you can stop paying the yearly fees.

It’s a 2013 and have it put on the password in it says insite has expired upgrade

Update it’s working now I didn’t realize that the inline6 software wasn’t downloaded into the laptop
