Last night I parked at a truck stop for the night and just before I shut the truck down I heard a noise coming from the bottom of the truck.I crawled under it and found the source. What could it have been? BTW I can no longer hear it.

Kinda sounded like throw out bearing to me.
So now when I press in the clutch I hear a loud noise in the same area as the first video.

In this video you can here it before I press in the clutch pedal, during, and after.

You need to drop the trans and fix it before your left stranded and needing a tow. Doesn't really matter what it is you need to get it fixed. Probably something with the clutch.
I know this sound, and it sounds like the clutch brake. Is it a one piece or two piece? If that is the issue, and it is a one piece, it will need to be cut off and replaced with the hinged two piece clutch brake. Go have it checked out before something really goes wrong.
The shop says the clutch is bad.How can I verify this?
Tell them you want to watch them take it out and show you what's bad
