the doser injector looked like it was cleaned recently but i don't think its coming on, I tryed regen couple days ago it showed on on insite but didnt raise temp for 10 minutes so I canceled, it also took around 20 min to reach 500* for doser to show on, is that normal? on rewze's video it took 10 min. I hope to finnish it tmrw and I will give update

waht do you think about Schaeffer oil?

Schaeffer oils are top of the line, If you do some research you won't use any thing else,They use only the best additivesin the oils..
Looks like your on the right track. don't forget to do the sensors and cross tubes at the DPF.
and the Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor as well....
If I select "request parked regen" on the dash digital display is that the same as a dealer doing a forced regen. Is there ever a reason to use that function if everything is ok?
no, a forced regen is performed after the parked regen switch has been disabled by the ECM, the link below will explain this in detail.

Snooze fest. If these systems worked then nobody would have problems. I see 90% of the problems that our leasing co. has are with emission systems.
While they are trying to keep everything running, the other preventative maintenance goes by the wayside. The cost of up keep exceeds reason and has had a HUGH impact on already slim profit margins. Instead of mandating we have these systems, prove they work first!
