The engine in the video is the slightly older version of the isx than yours but all the same things apply.
{assuming it is a CM2250/common rail engine} ...
You also need to rebuild your fuel pump YESTERDAY if it hasn't been done yet. It's nothing to play around with.

Thank you much. Exactly what I needed and yes I had the pump redone and put in a new regulator
