There is coming chirping noise out of engine and when push accelerator that noise comes and truck cab/ engine shakes abit. Does not happening when idling only when pulling load. Ussually just before going uphill.
I thought it was bad fuel so changed fuel filter and didnt help.
The truck is factory emmission intact all stock cascadia with DD15 430,000miles. Any ideas where to start looking?

Combustion seal on the bottom of 1 of the injectors,
Atleast it was on the last couple I heard a chirping in

Thats what I thought.. or cracked injector

check your CAC boot clamps. I've had mine leak and chirp or squeal a bit when its under load.

Replaced injectors and problem is gone.

Ouch... Glad it fixed it
