i have a engine warning light when activating the jakes!

i got to reading a little in quickserv and noticed on a 2 solenoid system #1 isn't used. does this mean something in the ECM programming is wrong?? Considering im getting this code!!

both jake solenoids ohm 9.5-10
jake harness was just replaced the pass threw connector was getting oil soaked.
5v at all 3 pins at rocker box connector.

Thankyou for your time and input!
According to the ESN you gave it should have a 2 engine brake file in it. If it has a 3 engine brake file in it then yes, it will throw that fault code.
What would be the best way to check and resolve the programing?? Cummins Dealer?
Yeah, the easiest way is to hook your engine to insite and see what the ECM code is. We can tell you from there if it is the right file or not.
ECM ser# 26043299

is this what your referring too? if not i can hook up to it tomorrow and get you what your asking for! thankyou for the help.
No, the ECM code will be displayed at the top of Insite next to the serial number. It will be an ABxxxxx number.
If you need help PM me.
