Does yours have an exhaust pressure sensor?
Changed mine the other day, and immediately back to full boost, on a cm 871 though.

another thing to look at is the turbo rpm. if it is higher than normal the engine may hold back some fueling. Would be a sign of damage to the exhaust turbine, or possibly a plugged intake or exhaust restriction somewhere.
