Trying to get a copy of this file through CT to send you, hitting a road block when I go to select ECFG file. None listed- any suggestions?

If you are referring to the CT 3.17 collection that was PM'd to you .. all the cfg files needed are also there. They get added via a separate install file that is run (called 'metafiles.exe') that will unpack all the cfg files into their appropriate places for each 3-letter code they belong to.
I pass along the correct file needed for his unit
