1995 11.1 ddec 3. Truck came in running rough, but running. Found 2 injectors dead and 1 weak, customer opted for a 6 pack. Found cam was also bad. Replaced cam and 6 injectors, but I can't get this god damn thing running again. Triple checked my timing and overhead is set correctly. Engine will run on ether, but will not stay running. Here are the things I have checked/tested and any information I've come up with. This probably will not be grammarly correct (or in order), but I will just let the brain flow and try remember everything I've done.
- ecm voltage/load test good, ign power load test fine, tried test ecm, fuel pressure is above 20 psi cranking, hooked up davco pump(external fuel source of 60 psi) and still no luck. I did notice that with the davco pump turned on, I could watch heavy air bubbles come in the tank and clear up after about 20 seconds. I then would turn the pump off, and crank it over for about 20 seconds. I then would turn the pump on and watch another load of air bubbles pop up in the tank. I did remove the injectors again and confirm theres no combustion getting past the seal of the injector. Injectors are getting power while cranking when i checked with a noid light. srs is receiving response through ecm, new srs sensor, bull gear pin that the srs reads is there and intact, but no way to check my gap without removing front cover. I installed the old injectors and still couldn't get it to fire. Double checked part number on cam with detroit. At this point I'm lost. If anyone can come up with some other things to check, I'll give it a try. Kind of at the point of installing the old cam again to see if I can get it fired up.
Verify timing with the injector lobe lift method if you haven't already. I had a 14L S60 that timing marks were not correct on a while back.

Also since you've checked the SRS check the TRS, need to see 195RPM while cranking for it to start.
inj lift spec is .197 to .257, i measured .225. Cranks at about 230 rpm, so should be good. I did find while cranking for about 30-40 seconds and watching fuel pressure, it would hop from 8 psi to 18, then back down, then pegged out my 60 psi gauge. Guessing I have some sort of restriction. Maybe a chunk of o ring got stuck in my check valve? Will keep updated.
Removed check valve and found no remnants of an oring. Replaced check valve and still nothing. Ran a hose from the back of the head to the check valve, and then into a bucket. Thing still wouldn't start. Any ideas?
Update for anyone curious, found a collapsed fuel line up to the inlet of the cyl head...what are the odds of that after I do a set of injectors.

one line = the rest of them are likely as bad. Just saying.

thanks for the update.
I did replaced the remaining lines, and I cannot get this thing running correctly. It will run off ether and smoke like a sieve. if my injection timing is correct, that should mean my cam is fine right?? Detroit recommended tossing the old injectors back in and trying that, which I will do this morning...

If injector lobe lift position is correct then there shouldn't be a issue with the cam.
I will say the last 6 pack of injectors I installed from Detroit, 3 of them were bad out of the box.
Installed my old 6 pack and still couldnt get it running. Detroit is coming out today to see what they can find.
