Hey, I got an ideah ... FIX IT RIGHT!!!... ITS A FREGGIN FIRE TRUCK.. A PIECE OF EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT!!!!...
REPLACE THE EGR COOLER and its leaky gaskets, pipes, etc!!!.

Put a new cooler on it and welded the exhaust sides shut since it is demandated. Thanks for the feedback!
