We could use a picture, but what you describe about 2 lines and a short line leading to no where... if there is a switch there then I'm going with its a suspension dump valve. My trailer has one, since I'm unloading liquid, it helps to drain the product to the back of the trailer

I just had this abs issue. Was the trailer abs fuse under the hood that went bad. Replaced it and trl abs works like it should now.
