On a semi unrelated note, Cummins has changed the torque on the scissor and idler gears bolts. It has been significantly reduced. Any engine that has not had those bolts replaced and torqued to new spec since the change around a year ago, I would highly recommend you add that into your rebuild

No, all the old ones were the same length.. im tempted to reuse them instead of these..

It should not matter if they are OEM. Looks like they will do the same exact job to me.
