Edit: Nevermind saw it was on the 2250 or 2350 motors only. Cheers

My fuel pump is failing I had to take it to the dealer to get checked out Thursday said it was the switch on the back of the pump came back a week later so is the whole pump I have an old threecylinder pump thoughts on what I should doJust stop driving it and repair it now or I’m on borrowed time any thoughts

Have you ever updated the ceramic plungers to steel?
If you haven't, STOP DRIVING NOW!!!
Hopefully one hasn't pulverized and has now contaminated your oil with ceramic dust.
If you have and that problem is taken care of, it shouldn't be too hard to locate a newer 2 cylinder version from a wrecking yard, then have it rebuilt and put on so you at least have the updated version that parts are available for. You will need to change some fuel lines as well when updating.
