as far as I know, the engine fan is not controlled by the oil temp, only the coolant temp, A/c? requests, or requests by the truck itself (A/C or switch in dash, etc).
engine fan should come on when the coolant temp reaches whatever the setting in insite shows. .. Or whenever the truck requests it for the A/C.
