OK thanks I'm going to have to wait until the weekend because my buddy with the Cummins software is outta town.. I cleaned the i map sensor(new 10k miles ago) and replaced exhaust back pressure sensor I'll report back tomorrow how she runs.. Thanks again guys

last night i changed the back pressure sensor and clean the imap (wasn't bad at all)
This morning i had a 15 miles drive to get loaded and it still ran like crap and derated. i shut the truck off for a few hours until i got loaded. As soon as i had a load on it she ran great. I didn't have any check engine lights flashing, and only had the turbo cough happen to me once as i was pulling out of the fuel stop back out on the highway. As soon as i dumped that load and headed to my second pick up it ran like crap again. When i got loaded a second time it went back to running perfect again...
when i got back to my yard tonight i cleaned the 2 delta-p pipes and cleaned the temp sensor...
Now today when it was empty and running bad it acted diffrent then yesterday would boost but it was acting delayed it wouldn't get up to full boost until i was high rpms(16-1700) and when i lay off the throttle the boost drops to under 10psi

Also as i said yesterday, if i disable the auto REGEN it runs fine again...
Any ideas? i don't have access to the cummins software until the weekend to check the atmosphere pressure and clear/check the faults

Without watching all the data while it is acting up, it is anyones guess.

I have even seen turbo itself do that too. It does a min/max calibration every time the truck is shut off, so if it is hanging up, it can be great one time, and be out of whack the next time you start it up, then last like that all day, until you shut the key off again, then act right once again. if it is the turbo, it will directly effect boost levels and have good power one time, and crappy power the next.
