Can anyone tell me where the Dash Switch Pack gets its 12v power from?

There should be a fuse for it in the fuse panel behind the cover on the passenger side. Check your PM, I sent you a link to download the manual. For some reason, the International Body Builder site does not have the circuit diagram for your year.
