Injectors isx15 - Nhramember - 04-24-2025

Good afternoon is there a difference between a2897320 and 2897320 xpi injector ? I bought a 2897320 xpi on it. Just curious thanks for info.

2887320 isn't a valid part number for an injector from what i can see. Quickserve lists it as some type of gasket.

2897320

So are you asking the difference between 2897320 and 2897320? It's the same number? If it's a2897320 that seems to be an aftermarket AFA brand injector.

also a little unclear as to your actual question. Are you referring to the injector part number vs the new kit part #'s? I know cummins stopped selling some injectors by themselves and instead only sells them as part of a kit that comes with the injector tube which is also required to be replaced with a new injector.

If you are comparing to an aftermarket injector then just stop! Don't even think about going aftermarket on an injector.
