Boost pressure - Ravenwood - 06-25-2025

Cm2350 600, reviewed file, demandated, put a new head and 6 injectors, then installed the revised file in. This thing performs better than ever, gained about 20 gallons of fuel in the tank a day.
I noticed on the few longer grades my boost will peak around 39-40 psi. Every time it does I get the (intake manifold pressure voltage below normal code).Engine performance doesn’t seem to change at all just an annoying check engine/service advised. Checked the sensor on insite and it steady at 87.5
Any help would greatly be appreciated

That is too high for a CM2350., It should crest at about 34~ish psi max.

Get with whoever made the program and have them turn down the boost levels.

Would a bad exhaust back pressure sensor cause high boost and code the IMAP sensor?
Demandated CM2350 with a good clean tune from you know who.

it can... the circuit being clogged can do it too.

what fault code(s) are you getting?.

Older IMAP sensors can read wrong. When if ever were IMAP and back pressure sensor replaced with GENUINE parts from reputable source?

Still getting voltage below normal whenever boost gets too high

what is the actual fault code number(s)?. There might be an update related to it.

I’ll see if it comes up tomorrow. I changed the exhaust back pressure sensor because it was cracked. There’s a lot of carbon in the hole that it screws into. With the amount of coolant that was coming out of the exhaust last season I can’t say I’d be surprised if all those lines are plugged with soot.
