CM570 OEM connector (at the ECM) replacement - Johnny LongRifle - 05-31-2026

I have been going round and round with my brothers KW and random electrical gremlins. You can search here if you want, but I have dealt with No starts, died while driving, and now recently its only Jakeing on 4 cylinders instead of 6.

I spent a bunch of time with it today and found that several of the female pins inside the OEM connector at the ECM were backed out and not making contact ( All caused by the last hack that had his d!*k beaters in here). A few of them I got to push back in and lock but there are several that I cant get to lock in, the Fuel shutoff solenoid and Jake signal 2&3 to be specific. Those two are pretty damn important.

I found the part number for the connector body that I think I need (3163259). My specific question for this thread...Is there a good quality supplier besides Ebay where I can buy a new body?

And also, what tool do I need to unlock the pins from the connector body for diag/replacement?

maybe contact cummins?. I think they sell the pins, etc.

You should be able to buy a pin remover kit, pins, and pin crimp plyers off of amazon to cut back and repin those connections for a clean look, but OEM should also sell pins with heatshrink butt connectors.
