04’ CM870 pushing coolant out of overflow and upper radiator hose - Redland1 - 10-01-2026
I have an 04’ ISX that is pushing coolant out of the overflow tank and has coolant around the upper radiator . I would find a small trail of coolant coming out of the overflow tank once in a while but nothing like this and never from the upper hose.
Also have the middle fuel actuator leaking from the rear. Is there an o-ring or seal that can be replaced or does the actuator need replaced.

If it isn't from a bad EGR cooler, dropped liner, injector cup head, or air compressor.. Id say your oil cooler is toast based on that color and how your hoses look.. Rare cases could be gear oil for transmission if there's an exchanger either external or built into the radiator..

Oil does run around 230F. EGR is deleted and cooler was removed.Demandate was done by the 870 wizard on here from the far north.
