We have a 2004 western Star that has a Mercedes MBE 4000 in it. We are looking for 15-20% more hp/tq. out of some custom tuning. Can somebody point me in the right direction on this situation?

Where you at? Try serious 60 diesel in PA.
Or try Pfister wrecker and repair in NE.
