High cc pressure at idle - fargonaz - 01-28-2017
[attachment=2401]Same 2250, right after uploading the default cal the ecm pops up with high cc pressure(1st time ever for this one). It's running 7 in/Hg at idle goes down to 2 at any RPM above 800. The error is valid signal but too high for conditions and rates it moderately severe.

With factory programming the 2250 and 2350 easy to overboost at idle if theres intake or emissions sensor incorrect feedback. Sometimes it is so bad the turbo will "chuff", cough, or sometimes have a "ticking" sound through the air cleaner. Its all harmful for the turbo and not good for the engine. - gotta love stock programming eh?

You can see the effect the turbo has on the crankcase pressure.
