Hi I have a 2007 model year 14l 60s mandated on both still get bad fule milage.cac is good don't know where to go next.

So my buddy got an 07 Century with a swapped low mile 14L is there a good way to get rid of that egr? Is there a stock noegr tune for it or only aftermarket stuff?
