We have a 03 Monaco Motor Coach. It has a Cummins 525 ISX motor. The dash AC Compressor is frozen, can't turn the pulley. Where can I get another one? Is there any where online I can get one? Rick

I would Replace the compressor. if it is old enough for the pulley to lock up, the compressor is likely worn out internally too. While you are at it, if the drier-accumulator is more than 2 years old, replace it. Also flush the system if it is full of that nasty green green stop-leak and replace the expansion valves and any thermistors if they are more than 4 years old.
Just what I would do, I hate having to do something twice.
