Very worth while charity! I know of several drivers that have passed on in their trucks, one that fueled up in Bakersfield, parked and had a heart attack.
Needless to say they didn't find him for two weeks after the truck ran out of fuel.
My biggest fear is it happening going down the road and taking out innocents. Good reason for a semi- autonomous trucks.
DOT physical is there for a reason!
